Hello! I’m Mike Griffiths. I’m a commercial Motor Yacht and RIB boat skipper based in Lymington with a vast knowledge of the best places to go, eat, swim and relax by boat.
I help book boat trips and charters on a variety of beautiful, registered and inspected charter boats – ideal for a birthday, an anniversary, a special occasion, a short break or a corporate day out. I even get to be skipper on some of them!
I ran my own Lymington based charter boat called Zen Dog for 10 years until its sale in 2024. It’s a distinctive name (there’s a kid’s poem called Zen Dog that my children loved) and there’s lots of legacy traffic to this site. So, for now at least, I’m sticking with Zen Dog Charters!
I have a great relationship with the owners of lots of exciting open RIB boats, enclosed but still exhilarating Axopar sports boats, large motor cruisers and luxury motor yachts. All of my trips can include catering onboard or a stop for lunch in Cowes, Yarmouth and the wonderful Hut restaurant on the Isle of Wight.
