There are several boat type options. Here’s my very personal and subjective view on their various Pros and Cons.

Luxury Motor Yachts
Pros:
- Lots and lots of space – Outside on the huge flybridges in the sun and inside on the sofas if the weather isn’t great
- Air Conditioning & Heating. Luxurious shower rooms. Changing space.
- Some have stabilisers to remove any rock and roll
- Crew serving drinks and food – often complimentary.
- Up to 12 Guests
Cons:
- Just the cost
Motor Cruisers
Pros:
- The comfort – heating, comfy seats with tables, (small) bathroom, kitchen area, lounging and sunbathing space.
- Flybridge or big opening roof
- Cheaper than Luxury Motor Yacts
Cons:
- Often quite small for large numbers of guests
- Often just the skipper – no drinks and table service
- Often less guests allowed than Motor Yachts
